Hale Barns.

ICL’s commission was to design, supply and commission a fully integrated smart home system for this Grand home in Hale Barns. The installation was to cover all aspects of the home including Lighting, Audio Visual, Heating, Security and Access with the AV, Lighting and Heating systems then seamlessly integrated into one and installed on Crestron and Harmony touch screens for control.
This homes grand design provided the opportunity to integrate technology into a home whilst maintaining the palatial stately home appearance the owners required. In the formal reception room the ornate moulded ceiling hides a motorised projector lift and automatic screen, Custom built cabinets around the home contain plasma and LCD TV’s, with in wall water proof TV’s in some of the bathrooms and special one way mirrors hiding Plasma TV’s behind them in some bedrooms.
In the loft a custom rack was installed to house the Crestron processor, central AV equipment, broadband router and data hubs and the CCTV DVR.
The whole house and all its systems including the security and heating are controllable from the Crestron remote and in wall touchscreens, the harmony remotes can control the homes AV systems and the fully programmable Clipsal wall switches will control the lighting.
