ICL were commissioned to design and install a comprehensive lighting control system and provide a centralised A/V distribution network.
Fully addressable switching to all luminaries was provided via intelligent C-BUS relay modules with PIR movement detection for designated areas. The system was designed to be fully automatic increasing the energy saving aspect of the install, although the user has control of the lighting from a central full colour touch screen and a last man out button at the exit which will turn all the C-Bus controlled lighting off on exiting the premises. A full emergency lighting test facility was built in.
A custom built rack was installed which contained the A/V distribution equipment and the central colour touch screen. From here the user is able to select various A/V sources and route them to the desired area whether it be the boardroom, exhibition area or teaching rooms they can also make adjustments to the lighting from here if required.
