ICL’s commission was to design and commission the internal and external lighting system at this prestigious Disley home for the electrical installation engineer. In addition to the lighting we were also asked to control the VELUX windows.
ICL installed intelligent Clipsal C-BUS relay and dimmer modules to give fully addressable switching of all luminaries. A Clipsal Black and White touch screen was installed in the kitchen area to give the owner the ability to change individual scenes. PIR and Light level sensors were installed in the reception hall controlling lighting in these areas with overrides programmed into the wall switches. The ground floor WC’s were fitted with PIR’s to control the lights and ceiling extractor fans.
The VELUX windows were connected to a Clipsal relay module and controlled from a wall switch.
